Function mr_buildGeneratedCode

Replaces existing ancors inside passed code, while rebuilding the urls.

Will be called by chain 'Contenido.Content.conGenerateCode' or 'Contenido.Frontend.HTMLCodeOutput' depening on mod_rewrite settings.
